Basic Security Measures(Lucky #7 rules)
Basic measures:
1. Lock your computer(when not in use)
2. Know who and what uses your Hardware/software...etc.
3. Treat your computer with Respect and do NO harm
4. Follow up on updates to help protect your computer
5. Stay away from BAD websites...it will help you in the long-run
6. Never Ever stay logged on
7. Use your head don't be a NOOB

Dont be a noob get your things in-line. Uses those basic measures to keep a healthy computer, because a computer doctor visit could be costly.
